HERMON Multi Services, E.I was registered by the first time.
August, 2008 – July, 2010
A supply chain and service contract were awarded to HERMON Multi Services, E.I by the Government to assist all government institutions within Central & North of Sofala & South of Zambézia Provinces in ICT Management. Providing Trainings in Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office Packages) and Accounts to the people living in the same areas.
August 2010 – July, 2016
HERMON Multi Services, E.I was awarded some contracts in the shipping and Marine Industry (Freight Forwarding – Imports, Exports and Customs Clearing) and Marine Operations, such as Crew Change and Fender Care.
- Acting as AGENT – Shipper’s representative in Mozambique by providing with the Ocean, and Road freight services to the customers into hinterland, who were importing and exporting their goods from and to Beira Port, with clearance processes, cargo expedition, and Bill of Ladings processing at the Shipping Lines on behalf of the Shippers, Notifying Parties, and the Consignees.
- Assisting vessels alongside of the sea at Beira Port with fendering operations and crew movement (from vessels to the hotels, from hotels to the airport, and vice-versa).
August 2016 – November, 2019
HERMON Multi Services, E.I was part of Open Cast Mining operations at the Balama Graphite Mine, Benga Coal Mine Operations, where Civil Construction, Bulk Earthwork (Bush Clearing), Drill & Blast, Mine Planning and Operations Management, ROM feeding and Blending, Roads Construction and Maintenance) was the core business.

Balama Graphite Project – Period of Contract: 3.5 Years.
1.1 – Main Job purpose:
- a) Manpower Supply and operations management;
- b) Open Cast Mining Contract management;
- c) Plant ROM feed and blending;
- d) Ore sampling;
- e) Bulk Earthworks, load & haul for TSF dam construction;
- f) Survey Work;
1.2 – Contract Value: US$165,000 on monthly basis.
1.3 – Syrah Resources – Raw Water Pipe Line Award of a 15km pipeline linking raw water dam to the processing plant.

1.4 – Mustang Resources, S.A – On the Montepuez Ruby Green Fields Project open cast contract mining.
Main Job purpose:
- Manpower Supply and Management;
- PIT Operations;

Value: US$ 85,000 on monthly basis
Duration: 18 months
1.5 – Battery Minerals, S.A – Bulk sample extraction Phase # 1 of graphite reserve on remote site in the Cabo Delgado Province.
- Access road upgrade;
